We are currently running a limited pilot collaboration with selected European employers experiencing labour shortages, particularly in care and support roles. 

This phase focuses on understanding employer requirements and supporting small, prepared candidate groups through a transparent and ethical coordination approach.

Details of Pilot Collaboration

  • Small, prepared candidate pool with basic documentation readiness (passport and PCC).

  • Availability aligned with employer confirmation and process requirements.

  • Ongoing support capacity based on employer needs.

  • No commercial charges for the first set of pilot employers.

  • Guidance and coordination support only, without guarantees.
